巧克力西葫芦面包

这个面包其实应该算是一种蛋糕,加入了西葫芦或者南瓜,比普通的马芬蛋糕口感更佳清爽健康,没有长时间的搅拌和发酵过程,适合家庭制作。
Ingredients:
6 eggs 6个鸡蛋
4 cups sugar 4杯糖
2 cups oil 2杯色拉油
4 -5 cups zucchini, shredded 4-5杯西葫芦,切碎
6 cups flour 6杯面粉
2 teaspoons baking soda 2勺小苏打
1 teaspoon baking powder 1勺百钻无铝双效泡打粉
2 teaspoons salt 2勺盐
1 tablespoon cinnamon 1大勺玉桂粉
1 tablespoon vanilla 1大勺香草精
1 (12 ounce) package miniature chocolate chips 12盎司巧克力片
Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Beat together eggs, sugar and oil.

Add zucchini and remaining ingredients, mixing well.

Bake in 4 well-greased loaf pans for about one hour.
分割四块,成形条状,置于刷过油的烤盘上静置1小时。烘烤。
